Is it legal to extract the hero_pak folder and use the official skins myself?
Cus for some reason it says i'm don't have permission to buy RP.

Thanks for this post - it's the only way we can preview how the skins will look in-game since skin portraits aren't accurate sometimes.

So Since I bought Digi Collectors pack from the website i cannot get the skins like Kayles Silver one? Just Goth Annie?

Silver Kayle only comes with the retail box edition. It comes with codes that you can redeem in the online store, and you will get the silver kayle skin the 1380 rp and the runes. You obviously can't get the champions again, and no there is no refund or discount for already owning them. But I've heard of the box going on sale for 9.99 some days, so you're really just buying the RP and getting a bunch of stuff for free
