Guide section does have a LOT of outdated stuff. Kassadin most of all. I have not seen any current guides for him. It's basically a choose your own adventure of how to build him, which is also not very helpful for the community and new members. But, his difficulty level is high last I checked his in-game info, so perhaps it's alright he doesn't have a set build. People tend to like that ambidextrous / jack-of-all-trades quality of his.
