It's okay my little sheep. I shall explain it in ways that even your feeble mind can understand.

Morello is our Dominion Announcer Guy... but he is also Nerf Master Suck Town
Morello is also our lead Nerf Irelia guy.
Dominion is providing many changes to the game that no one but our designers can totally follow.
Morello is a designer. He knows how OP Irelia is going to be.
Morello nerfs Irelia.

Here's the problem with that:
It's going to happen no matter what precautions you take. We have enough problems on new champ patch days, Dominion is gonna have problems on release, there is no way to avoid that. Most of your player base has already acknowledged this fact and doesn't really care.

tl;dr: it's gonna be buggy on release, just full release then fix the bugs as they crop up.

I never saw lag or any issue in yesterday's beta session. Not sure what you are talking about. Well, I did notice some buggy vision going on in the jungle, but that could've been my crappy work laptop.
