12 minute triforce AND T2 boots practically forces two people to stop you from capping towers.

Her early game was her weakest phase in summoner's rift, now that a lot of that has been mitigated due to starting level/gold it's now not so brutal trying to play her for the first 10 minutes.

Its the same with the other hybrid champs to. Now their powerful but expensive items come quick.
