TF's passive is kind of useless in SR already... but in Dominion it is absolutely useless. Maybe it is finally time to change it up?

Actually, as a jungler I really like TF's passive. Plus during an entire SR game, that gold will add up. That being said, in Dominion it is useless. Not much minion farming going on.

It should just be changed to 5% increased gold from all sources... would fix all the problems.
