How are people able to do this? I seen a thread on how to do this awhile ago but I cant find that one any more.

You have to creat it BEFORE it goes off line. all Dominion games this late have AFK hosts

Thats how i did it the other day. once Dominion goes offline you can no longer create custom games for it.

Dominion is up right now so you can make and join custom or normal matches. but once it is down there can be no new games made
