I've started a new video series on YouTube called "Don't Feed in League of Legends." In this series, I am covering champions in depth, both to help players learn their mechanics and how to survive them, but also to help players find champions they may be interested in.

While the official Champion Spotlight movies are good to watch, this series is less prescriptive and more explanation-oriented. In other words, you will find more details on what to look out for on the specific champion and fewer build suggestions. If you're frustrated or curious playing against a champion, these movies are ideal. I am making an effort to provide more and better details than the Champion Spotlights provide, so you should definitely check these out!

I've been a longtime fan, since WoW and through Rift and all of that... But I have to say that you sound extremely monotone, bored, and scripted through these. I know I can't just make you fake excitement or anything, but it is really awkward for me personally to listen to to. I do appreciate the videos though, and I think that you do a good job telling us about the characters though! I want more, but I hope you find a way to make it more interesting for yourself, and through that a bit more interesting for someone like me

Thanks for the comments! I'm actually having a lot of fun doing these as I get to learn new champions.

I do script everything beforehand, which has a very different feel in presentation than when I'm speaking without a script. I know it comes across a little less excitedly, but it definitely allows me to push a lot more information out more concisely than I can w/o a script. (If you recall, something like Malygos or my early Naxx movies were totally unscripted, but late Ulduar movies were completely scripted; same reasoning, I needed more information put into shorter spaces)

I've had a couple requests for background music. Do you feel that would add to the presentation?

A few suggestions from another long time fan!

First - Yes, music would help a lot. It would also get rid of the bit of static that's behind you.
Second - To help with the monotony, don't always say the champion's name. It gets redundant hearing Master Yi or Miss Fortune 15 times. Just replacing it with he/she would be much better.
Third - Is there a way to suggest the next champion? You can't exactly learn a champion overnight, but there are some champions that are just harder to play and more people would prefer a guide for.

While I use to exclusively watch your videos on tank spot for WoW, and I even subscribed to TS for that reason. I'm not sure I can say these are as helpful, unless of course these are aimed at people who just started playing the game.
