Good scores over all, some pretty hard carries. Looks like you need to polish up your ranged ad a bit though.

You should work on getting more CS. Especially on Singed, did those games only last like 5 minutes or something? Not sure how you get that few CS on him...

It seems you know to build your champs properly, nice Vladmir ranked games, I dislike full AP Cho'Gath and tank Riven...

Your Xerath seems sub-par. I would recommend swapping Ionian Boots of Lucidity for Sorcerers Shoes.

Mostly good games, seems you prefer AP carry. Sorc boots on Xerath is an odd choice but other than that pretty standard builds.
