Put a Frozen Mallet, Phantom Dancer, and eventual Sanguine Blade Teemo up top with him (as well as 1 other person) and you're gonna have a hell of a time getting minions to the turret. Not to mention Teemo's ridiculous DoTs to stop captures. Even better with Garrison.
