Definately!

Implement in custom games. I want to see the results of duplicate 5v5 champion fights.

In fact: This is more valuable than 2.5 new maps in my opinion. It should be easy to add too.

All Zilean would be hilarious if placing bombs still cancels enemy bombs.

there is no reason not to have more of these options in a custom game environment.
