why cant i buy "the mighty jax" skin?

Yeah, that set of skins was released as a Christmas sale only.

I like the Fisherman Jax skin better anyway, but that's a personal choice. :3

In theory, if you got enough referrals you might get it, if you somehow made it to the "Unlock all LoL content permanently" option.

One wonders if that comes with free runes.
