I need an appearance for this champion to be done...


Passive: Gains 1 ability power per minion kill and +50 per champion kill. ( max +1000 ability power ) ( resets on death )

Aspect of Fire 25/50/75/100/125 mana Cooldown 20/15/13/10/8 seconds
Shoots fire out of left hand in a cone for 3 second, dealing 30/40/50/70/100 ( +1/4 times ability power) damage per second.

Aspect of Water: 20/50/75/100/120 mana 20/18/15/13/9 seconds
Shoots water out of right hand in a cone for 3 seconds, dealing 20/40/50/70/100 ( +1/4 times ability power) damage a second and heals ally's in water for 50/70/80/100/150 ( +1/4 times ability power )

Aspect of Wind 25/40/60/80/100 mana Cooldown 40/30/25/20/10 seconds
Teleports behind target dealing +20/45/60/80/100 (+1/2 Attack power) damage with next strike and stuns for 2 seconds

Armor of earth 100/150/200 mana Cooldown 100/80/50 seconds
Shields you in rocks giving you +40/60/80 ( + 1/4 ability power) Armor for 5/8/13 seconds.

He can't use fire and water skill at same time, He'd be too good if he could.

Riot please consider this as a new champion, I worked hard on it.

This should definitely be in champion concept. I don't have a lore suggestion for you right now, but you should tweak Fire and Water. They do the same thing except water heals allies, which gives you no reason to use Fire. I suggest you change Water from being over time.
