Seeing a big problem with respawn times

So as we all know the losing team respawns faster to even things up, that's fine, but what I am seeing in most of my current games is that this is giving the losing team an unfair advantage in the end.

So say team A gets 3 points first and holds them well enough for a while taking the ticket count do to about 350-150 in their favor. So team B is now respawning quicker and has been since they were down.
So team B start to overwhelm a point due to this respawning and takes the majority again. Well now team A will continue to respawn slower since they have more tickets correct? So by the time they are able to spawn faster to overwhelm the ticket count is now around 100-50 or so, giving team A not nearly the same amount of time team B had in this position.

I didn't see this a lot when Dominion first came out, but over the last 10 or so games this has pretty much been what has happened. Seems you might as well let the other team get ahead first then sneak in the win at the end then try holding all match.

Thoughts? Do you agree? Am I blubbering moron?

That seems to be what carry heavy teams do
