poppy sucks? she has the best defense passive in the game and her ulti is better than tryns IMO plus it adds an extra 40% dmg to all her dmg how is that bad??

not to mention her w is a mini ghost that passively gives her armor and ad in combat

I mostly agree here, she's a little terror if she gets fed.


In response to the OP. I don't think she's changed much in a long time, what has changed how ever, is that new heroes are coming out all the time, and preexisting heroes, get changed, or buffed, which changes the dynamic of the game. Which can be like an alteration to her viability.

She is the same, but the game isn't the same over all.
