Riot, make it happen.

Edit: I will be bumping this at peak hours to get a red's attention.
Edit 2: New art added! Complete with Teemo abuse!
Edit 3: Added a voice clip similar to how Human Nocturne's would sound
Edit 4: Oh Urgot, if only you knew

Edit 6: A new champ approaches! Taric, the dangly wrangler.
