Lol, time for another rant. Since a minority of the people playing lol have sucky computers, casting exhaust while running for you life can be a bit hard. What I would like to propose, is something similar to the blue circle on spells. The small blue circle would exhaust any single champion inside the circle. It is much easier than clicking with the pointer.

it seems flawed since what happens if 2 people are in a circle?

closest to midpoint.

I like it, cause even with closest to mid point, you still get the person you click on
