Priority: Minor

Label: Champion Select, Spectator Mode, Custom Game

Description: If you enter champion select as a spectator and a player quits right away, the champion select music continues to play.

Repro:
1. Join a custom game as a spectator
2. When Champion Select begins, have a player quit right away.
3. The music should continue to play for the spectator.
