I've noticed this trend as well, but I've never been sure if it's true or not. Every time I go on a win streak (in blind pick), I seem to get paired with worse and worse players who have a tendency to rage and troll. Draft pick gives me absurdly long queues but better quality players. They need to improve MM (and ban more trolls).
