For Veigar:

Mostly a buff, but one change hurts him a lot: The drop in DarkMatter Damage looks like it is going to make Veigar's farming much harder if he can't one shot creeps. Normally once you level it 5x, you can drop 3+ creeps in a single shot, now you need to sit around and drop them individually after the strike. makes it much less attractive to level this up fast.

still misin the bigest of the bugs, the one whit TW when he atacking a turrent and activating a red card made him permantly atack the turrent whit that red card xD

That's just a visual bug, and only on inhibitors.

TF does not get the extra bonus effect of PaC when attacking inhibitors.
