But ninjas are suppose to be quiet... take away his speech when using the ninja skin.. actually take away all of his sounds and give him stealth.. LOL NEEDS A STEALTH TANK!

Rammus should NOT talk, that's part of his flavor. He's a baddass that will taunt you, kill you, and leave you. Quick and simple. And its Rammus, not Ramus. Too proo.

I agree that he should say some stuff. Atleast should have a joke/taunt and laugh.

Ninjas are silent.
Rammus is a armodillo, not a sentient being or some other stereotypical magical creature, but a real world armodillo. Last time I checked, armodillos don't talk =P
