Shaco 4 instance have deceive to jump away, dagger to slown and prevent him from chasing, box to fear the guy and his ult to confuse the agressor. Also all these 4 can be used to stop the recap. Its almost impossible to recap a point or kill a decent shaco all by urself.

Agreed. Its not easy to stop a good capper. Even if get there before he neutralizes it, he can go to another point and starting capping it way faster then you can reach there.

A ninja capper can be an asset if they have the defenses to get away constantly.

A ninja capper with PB has wasted 1600 they should have spent on defenses, and is a joke to deal with.

Shaco is broken, so he's a bit of an exception, but if he is setting up shop on one of your nodes, you could just as easily 4v3 one of theirs or take their bot. It's the same thing you do when Heimer is camping a node.

Talking about a ninja capper shaco, not a defender one. Was just replying what you said about 'send a killer to stop him'. Like i said, Its not that easy.

Thats why you rush mobility, pb and the invest on defense itens.

If you lose to a backcapper with Priscilla you feel terrible and underplayed but it's very fast to adapt to this kind of gameplay: just ping and send the nearest ally to interrupt the channel (or the faster, like Singed or Gangplank... if no one else is avaliable, YOU do it instead).

Then we have the 99% of games that the backcappers lose... for their teams, since they never help in fights (they can't, their only items are Priscilla and speed-related ones, not a very good build) and YOU feel terrible and underplayed for losing that way.

There is really not much to ninja-capping.

1. Find a cap point that looks undefended (note where the enemy is).
2. Cap it.
3. When enemy comes, run away (either to your team or if you see another undefended cap point, to that).

That's the general algorithm.

Now this is how bad defenders react:

- Send multiple champs to stop the BD. I've seen 4 many times. What happens is your teammates will cap one, maybe two cap points when they weren't noticing.
- Chase you into the jungle.
--- This is how can you react to that:
--- Just go in a giant circle and go back and recap the point. You'll probably neutralize it.
--- Taunt the person chasing you into someone on your team. If your team is capping, taunt them away from your team.

That's pretty much it.

Ways to stop a BDer.
-- Don't leave the cap point. BD thwarted!
-- Stay very close to the cap point in the jungle.

The Whole point of ninja cappers is to move the fight away from your side of the map. Cappers prevent you from holding the enemy's towers and locking them in their base which i would argue is the definition of antifun.

Yes they can be countered by roaming defender but thats where the hard pushers come in. A truly good capper makes your team able to strike at 2 to 3 towers at once. This forces your opponents to either split their defense or to go after 1 cap and lose the other ones.

Priscilla's allows that to happen. That faster capture time prevents that roaming defender from stopping the capture or neutralization. It makes the fights more chaotic and interesting by really forcing the enemy to rush to stop you (or to fight you on already captured tower).

The 3 best priscilla users (eve,janna and rammus) all have mechanisms that allow them to defend the captured tower from 1 to 2 opponents (or 3 or 4 in jannas case). Priscilla allows capture and hold in enemy territory preventing static defending and makes dominion far more interesting.
