I do not see the purpose of the first item. As well, the second item is pretty much the Will of the Ancients, and thus is rather redundant.

Actually looking at both items, they both seem rather redundant and the second item is actually worst then Will of the Ancient.

also, the lifesteal seems out of place unless u think that the lifesteal procs with the effect, which it doesn't. That should be correct...

First one doesn't seem to fill a real purpose other than Sheen with Lifesteal. Not necessary.

Second one looks like WotA except with a non-aura part to have 35% Spell Vamp and a smaller aura. If two people got this, they'd have less AP and the exact same Spell Vamp as WotA. Not necessary.
