I think it's a good deal if you have tons of runes already because these champs are going to need good runes to be a real threat in the arena. So in that sense, noobies won't get the most out of them. And then vets have probably already started beliveing that these champs are too bad to play seriously

I don't use any of these characters.

This would be a great deal if the champions were any good. Xin is a low tier jungler, MF is basically the WNBA edition of Graves, and Katarina would be ok if her ult was fixed to something that isn't so easy to counter.
