Warwick would absolutely melt a tryndamere in a 1v1 when fully geared as well. Warwicks lifesteal would be enough to have him remain at about 25-30% of life remaining when tryndamere uses his ult. As soon as his ult pops just coast down until about 10-15% of life remaining then pop your warwick ult and supress him/regen then use your Q as soon as your ult is done. Boom your back up to 25-30% and kill him right after his ult expires.
This is not a good definition of a 1v1 though a good 1v1 is enter the proving grounds and see who can destroy the enemy nexus first. In that regard I am going to have to go with Vayne, a fully geared vayne can kill ANY champion in the blink of an eye. She can blow back any dive champion with her e and she can buy the time and damage to win just about any fight with the invisibility that tumble offers. Also, she eats turrets for breakfast.

Darius craps all over Tryndamere pretty much all game. Vayne is easy to bring down even if fully geared. Even Sejuani can tear her apart. Rammus+Thornmail would make her life hell, for example. All a smart player has to do is eat the blow back move and then blast her with a CC ability(such as Glacial Prison). Btw, it's not hard to eat turrets for breakfast. It's called Ohmwrecker, or even Garen or Shyvana(for example) packing a Trinity Force or allocating two points into the turret masteries(one into damaging turrets, one into soaking turret damage).
It doesn't really matter what the best 1v1 champion is. All that matters is you having fun. Each champion has a counter, and each champion can be checked if you're playing against a decent opponent.
