Playing against a dinger in solo queue is frustrating. Beard bitting frustrating.

As far as I can tell, the main issue with countering heimer is that people don't know how or dare to do it. They let you dig in, get your turrets set up, and by the time their teammates realise they need to gank you, it's too late.

However, once I do go up against a well coordinated team, I notice myself being shut down. They actually do early ganks, get me down, push me back, leave me no room or whatsoever.

Countering heimer isn't a thing you should try alone. You want your team to help you, as soon as possible. And don't stop after two ganks, or leave mid to gank on your own, keep doing it. Shut him down. Yes, in pug games this can be hard to do, for there are still people around that rather play their own game, but the moment you realise heimer is taking ground, it's too late.

Removed turret damage on nades. How hard can it be? It's most likely one line of code, looking like "can_damage_turret: 1;" or something like that.
Also, 5 turrets that are weaker are much more counterable by a greater number of champions than three turrets with more hp, and they're more vulnerable to harassment.

I pretty much won the game for my team earlier as this little guy,

They couldn't push out, not when i was rocking zhonyas and archangels staff by the time i was to their inhibitor turret. I just kept bombing, putting up turrets when i could, over and over till it finally went down. Kind of sad really, because after that we pushed to the nexus turrets, didnt even worry about inhibs.

i love how people say ya just counter heimer with ganks - well thats pretty hard to do when hes sitting in the middle of 3x turrets that will burn you down much faster than you will him, especially early game.
by the time its mid game and you have enough power to focus him down quick like what needs to happen, he has already killed your first 3 turrets and possibly more.

NO NERFING >:O Heimer is beat able you just have to wait for the person to become impatient and leave his turrets then just stun him and kill him quickly, he is super squishy. His Missles are already nerfed and his grenades don't do that much dmg in my opinion.
