Riot, is there any way you could allow someone to be reported from champion select? I ask because every once in awhile there is someone who is so big of a troll or a-hole at champ select that someone has to dodge, but then they dont get reported. If you could reported them before the dodge, then ppl like this could be filtered out. Or possibly even allow reporting via summoner profiles.
