Riot should make a Dog champion. Just so his joke can say "Teach me how to Doggie" and his dance can be the dougie.

skills can include things like

Passive: Rabies - Melee attacks cause a stack of Rabies that increase effects of other skills (up to 4)
Rabid Bite: Poisons + Slows (Both effects increased by greater Rabies effect)
Fetch: Chases a target champion until caught, accelerates run speed (If under effect of Rabies, acceleration quicker, and stuns (0.25s / stack when caught)
Bark: Scares opponents, decreasing ability to fight, decreasing armor and magic resist.
Chew: Chews the target like a bone. Consumes Rabies stacks, suppressing for 0.5 seconds per stack. Gives Doug the Rabies effect, which increases his damage by 5% per stack consumed. Rabies lasts 12 seconds.
