fizz is fishy champ who smells and is annoying as ****. thats why people ban him.

i think that Fizz is the most balanced champion Riot has put out in a long time.
If youre building his items correctly, getting last hits on minions and leveling skills in the right order you should be fine.
Item Suggestions:
Starting options are Boots, x3hp pots -OR- Doran's Ring.
Build towards Rod of Ages and Lich Bane. Both items are very good on Fizz.
Skill Order Suggestions:
Max W asap. Then max E. Take your Ult whenever you can.

fizz is secretly ad!

Fizz' early game is garbage. He isn't bad or anything but there are several assassins that do his job a lot better, his E and late game damage are his only redeeming qualities. Seriously, I've never seen an assassin with such low bases and high ratios. He needs a super expensive build to even come close to doing his job.

People who don't know how to play Fizz, and don't know what he can accomplish in a game, often say he's garbage...

if anything he really needs a slight nerf ( the ratios on his abilities seem a bit high) but when he is not banned i love abusing his amazing damage early which builds to insane damage late

Yeah, lossing the ability to target for long periods of time while being able to spam damage is not a champion who needs a buff kid. He needs to be nerfed! ;D

No champion needs any buffs/nerfs, i think so because i think they are all pretty equal in there own way, also it is very dependent if you know how too play your champion and if you get fed or not. I got called OP on fizz but i just got fed, im not the best player not the worst but i can manage if i get fed with any champion , my 2 cents
