restoring mana is kind of useless for a lot of champions. perhaps work it into something else?

Upon further thought, I can see where this is a problem.

Why don't you change her ult so that as her active, she has an aura that increases all teammates' tenacities by 5-10-15 as well as decreases enemy tenacities by 5-10-15 ( to a min of 0). (Numbers up for tweaking).

Her q has 280 base damage and a 2.4 AP scaling ratio o.o

Make it more reasonable, 80/115/140/175/210 damage + .3 ap over the duration.

Also w's numbers seem kinda high as well.
