At one time, Rammus' lore stated that his ability in taunting his opponents was thanks to his wicked sense of humor. With the addition of Graves' unique line for Nocturne, we've seen that champ interaction is possible. Why not have a legendary skin where you actually get to HEAR Rammus mercilessly reaming his target?
