If I were to take a guess...

1. I was trolled constantly in this game, and did not troll back. 2. I had several saves and did my best to make up for a rude and mean spirited team. 3. I was trolled from champ select, when Rammus suddenly decided he was jungling, one moment he's normal rammus, next minute he has smite and everyone is yelling at me not to jungle. Rammus, meanwhile is not saying a word, not, a, word.

So, my choices were A) stick with jungle to avoid giving it to a seeming troll, do my best and try to make up for their bad attitudes, or B) let the troll have the jungle, suffer the same in game abuse, and have even lower chances of winning with a total lack of competant ganks, which I provided.

I obviously picked A.

I do not believe that is ban worthy. Having an argument in game, one where I remained civil, is not ban worthy material. Even if it is, this would be 1 game, please tell me why 1 game would earn me tribunal punishment.

It's entirely possible you were punished for something before November; if there was a backlog, you could have gotten multiple tribunal cases based upon your time before November second. Having one set of cases go through the Tribunal does not clear all other cases you have in the pipes.

You can say this is bad, since you can wind up getting punished for stuff you did before your first warning after changing your behavior, but that's the way the system works.

I'm not going to say this was ban-worthy without watching the game first, but of course Rammus was jungling. Him taking a while to remember to change his summoner spells does not make him a troll. On the other hand, trying to force Rammus top as Skarner (a fairly strong solo-top) is pretty trollish, and saying that doing so was just 'not giving in to trolls' is really, really silly.

this man brought proof that he was wrongfully banned. This shows that Riot is banning people for no reason. Which proves my case even more that I didn't do a thing and was banned again. I wish I had all my games from after my first ban till this ban.

Taking a while to change your summoner spells does not make you a troll, refusing to communicate during champion select makes you a troll, he did not type a single word until the game was well under way. Not, a, word.

Again, focus is not on whether or not he was trolling pregame, focus is whether I trolled or not in game, which I did NOT.

Bump. 75 games, so far only 1 has been brought up that could POSSIBLY be construed as a violation, even though the content of said game shows me only requesting that trolls be reported. Hence: my ban continues to be labeled by evidence as False, and Riot is continuing to hide the truth about me and others.
