+2.0 Armor Pen/1.15 Magic pen

The new Seals are 410 IP
0.25 gold/10

The new marks are 820 IP
1.0 armor pen/.57 magic pen

Seal - .25 gold/10, 410 each.
.5% more HP - 820 each.
Quint - 2ARP/1.13 Mpen 2050 each
1.5% more HP - 2050 each
2% life steal - 2050 each
2% spell vamp - 2050 each

I must be honest. Not a fan of those spell vamp quints. They just seem weak. Was hoping for 3%.

Will have to do some math on them, but I am generally not impressed.
