The banners show, only the voice is missing.

I have the same problem. Also, the banner doesn't show when there is no announcer, otherwise it does show.

I also have the same problem.

I had some bug with my graphics, did a uninstall > install and the announcer won't work.

ANYONE know solution?

I still have this problem. I also noticed something strange. When I create a custom game with bots, the announcer works perfectly fine. But in games against/with humans it's bugged. I don't get it.. I already tried repairing and uninstalling. Please fix this

I just reinstalled league & I don't get announcements at all. No voices and no banner across my screen, so I don't actually know when people die unless I hold Tab, which is not something I want to do all game. I've tried repairing but nothing is working.
