Prior to her rebuild a Manamune was unnecessary however with the increased cost of spamming ricochet more than once I have run out of mana in a long team fight

So my question is has anyone put one of these into their build for her and do you think it is worth removing a higher ad item from a build

never tried it, but it will probably give you more mana than necessary if i was to guess. probably better off with the high damage item

if you know you arent going to be the main source of damage on your team i actually suggest a manamune, then you can be more assistance being about to throw out more boomerang blades. If you know you are going to do great, then honestly you don't need the mana boost that bad.

Manamune still isn't necessary for Sivir. I ran with a max CDR build once to try it out and didn't really have mana problems. Only mana item I had in that game was a trinity force, along with 21/0/9 masteries for the extra mana and regen there. You simply have to not just randomly chuck your Q around unless it's actually going to count.

Manamune isn't good on Sivir simply because you don't actually start rolling stacks on it en-masse until you buy the full item, and at the end of the day it really is just straight mana and AD.

I don't blame you for looking at Manamune, it certainly seems like a good choice, and it's not bad...except for the fact that runes/masteries don't synergize with it.

Lets put it this way: You want "enough" mana regen such that you can get through fights and sustain. You can achieve that using exclusively Runes and Masteries.

Manamune provides Mana and AD...which is good, but if you got your mana from Manamune, then you would want to convert your Runes and Masteries to something else. Simply put there isn't anything truly worthwhile to put your Yellows/Blues and 9 mastery points into.

What you can get out of that doesn't outweigh what an item slot dedicated to damage, or CDR could benefit for you.

Manamune is fantastic but you come out of the early game low on AD which can be an issue. You HAVE to build it first to get much out of it, that means no Doran's start, no early BF Sword. That is going to put other AD Carry's above you for a bit in the mid game.

If you can live with that, I advise taking Manamune and abusing Q heavily. If you want to auto attack focus, then ignore Manamune.

I use scaling mana regen seals on Sivir and mana isn't an issue aside from really early game laning (at which point you cannot afford a manamune anyway).
