I really hope some red is actually looking at these. This issue would completely throw out the idea that warnings/bans are to make people reform.

That topic fully states that he has been playing. You have to take his word that he didn't say anything to deserve the ban.

The original post concerned being banned when not playing any games at all, making it an impossibility that this person did something. Maybe the poster in that topic was reported for refusing to communicate with his team.

Edit: You must fully understand that time and time again, those banned by tribunal have lied between their teeth in what I can only assume is an attempt to get unbanned without a rioter stopping to check their record. It's been shown multiple times and I see no reason to assume these cases are any different.

maybe, but is double jeopardy deserved? that IS just plain incompetence, if that is actually happening.

I read the thread. He said he's been utilizing the ignore system to avoid raging. If you actually read my post, I suggested he may have been banned for refusing to communicate with this team.

You say it's clearly broken. I say show me proof. Do you have ANYTHING beyond anecdotal evidence from those banned by the tribunal?

that really isnt on the topic of being banned (deserving), then when unbanned, banned again almost instantly without even playing 1 game (undeserving)...?

i dont think he is implying that the banned summoner was undeserving from the beginning, but that he was banned instantly after being unbanned AFTER serving his time

the tribunal dont work at all... it depends on the player...
i watch a case the other day. one player getting reported. reason " verbal abuse" i read the chat og, and he dont speak in the chat at all... he was reported by the entire enemy team.. and i watch hes score 35/0/15 so.. looks like a little rage there... i choose pardon for this case... but how u how theres not another player just for been an a$$ and punish him. just because a llittle fun??
beside how you can tella bout a feeder from a really bad player??? not everyone here are 2k elo players. not everyone here are pro players. maybe just maybe there is a couple noob here.. and yes "i am one of those noob"
