About point 2. Hackers can also merge your runes and make it so you have to re-buy all of your runes which isn't a fun thing. While yes it is typically the persons fault for getting hacked, it isn't a pleasant thing and can cause people to not want to play anymore.

I find it extremely surprising that no one remembers that runes can be merged and deleted... And not as serious as the runes:

You log on, you click to solo queue, choose your champ, runes, masteries... wtf... rune pages are blank, and masteries are either also blank or mixed up. x____x;

Don't care. If you got hacked, you were stupid. We don't need stupid people in this game, there are plenty enough.
