Sure. And how would you have gone about fixing it? Specifics would be nice, but judging by the rampant disregard for things like "triage", "development", "mathematics", and "time", I'm sure I will get an underwhelming response, if I get one at all.

Not necessarily. It may not function the same way with normal draft, especially considering we don't even know how they have Elo setup for normals as compared to ranked (it could be the same, it could be different—we don't know). Even if it is the same, Riot may not wish to have normal draft prioritize by Elo.

People just don't realize things aren't as easy as they think they are.
