For all those people saying the upgrade still costs 1200g do you not know how to read? They clearly stated that the tool tip will still say 1200g but you will only be paying 1000g. I tested it when I had 1600g and I had 600g after I bought it, so it is in-fact only 1000g now.

The issue was that, for several hours after the hotfix was announced as being live, it actually cost 1200g. I tried it myself in multiple games -- it would not let me buy it until I had 1200g, and then it subtracted 1200g from my total.

It really did cost 1200g when we were posting that. That's the whole reason people posted about it. Now it's fixed.
