Man, it's getting hard to say this over and over. What is the big deal with Rammus? He's not tough with DBC down, he's fast, but speed is NOT everything, and other tanks do what he does in team fights already.

Are you just complaining about having to defend mid against back caps? If that's the case, maybe Dominion's just not the game for you.

Riot has nerfed things due to casual play issues before -- so my proposed "fix" for this is to lower the levels at which movespeed soft caps on Crystal Scar only (and increase the amount it soft caps) to reduce the power of his powerball as far as map mobility.

Agree, Clearly Rammus owns at low levels, we have the evidence, so maybe something should be done. For the record Rammus is still ban/top pick in SR so nerfing rammus is possible.
