They believed every character having a small insignificant amount of dodge was toxic to the game and really didn't provide the feedback desired. This mechanic on Jax is unique to him, and therefore more easy to balance, and also makes Jax even more unique. If this lasts too long I could see it being very, very broken, but if they get the right timing for the duration, I think the reworked Jax will be fine.

This just in, Jax no longer relies on a random mechanic because it's bad for the game. Tryndamere still at large. More news at 11.
