That's what nerfs are for, and the leak might not have correct numbers anyway. We'll see. It's not like her AP ratios are the best ever, so you're still giving up damage.
A frozen heart probably rocks face on her... Massive CDR for permafrost spam, and AS shutdown, gg Trynd. Yi might have a chance, though.
