well this is how it goes.

I made a dps zilean, thought it would be cool.

teemo on the other hand had more attack speed with 1 recurve bow than i had with 2.

and that's why you dont do it

Why would you?
AP Annie is a great nuker with amazing AOE stun. Why would you make a dps annie which can't do anything?

think! you can still aoe stun lol. the damage is lower but it doesnt remove the stun or aoe stun.

obviously it's still lulz. but yeah :P

It can work. People have tried it.
However I can safely say it will fail because Annie isn't a built DPS and her skills have nothing to do with DPS. o_o

AD annie can totally work, it just relies heavily on your AoE stun and the rest of your team.

Why would you sacrifice AoE damage for (inferior) single target damage..?
