And these recent patch notes are proof of it. Champions who were QQ'd about as being OP this past month were nerfed and the champs who were deemed UP on the forums were given buffs.
Its rare to ever see a champion change that isn't in some way effected by the community. I'd like to see riot take their game back from the forum QQ'ers and do what they think is best and not what the guy with 50 wins raged about on the forums.
