I honestly love Ezreal, and see very little to dislike about him, except maybe a few tweaks that were stated. He isn't in a horrible place and has a large skill-cap.

To say that he is outdone by other carries slightly confuses me, as he gets some of the strongest poke and continuous damage out of most of the carries except maybe Corki. Even then 1v1 Ez should still wreck, if you buy any damage whatsoever. That Essence Flux - > -40% AS on an Opponent all while you are stacking AS with your passive.

His Arcane Shift is one of his key features I love. One of the few, genuine champion flashes in the game. It makes being grabbed by Blitz a rarity and, instantaneous repositioning a possibility.

Bumped because I play Ezreal a lot and have felt how bad his late game is, many, many times.

I agree while Ezreal isn't really that weak, considering the skill cap needed to keep up with other carries who just right click, he should be buffed.

i think his W needs to get changed(the heal thing was helpful) and his E should prioritize champs. that is all, his ultimate is fine it can kill an entire team that got lucky and is low health and is attempting to recall home.
His Q does a bit of damage that is fine for his level, if he targets the right people can can burst them down, i don't know why you would be fighting someone with loads of magic resist anyways. As a Ahri i would not target people who have loads of health or lots of magic resist other then to poke at their health for an easier kill later.

I have never played Ezreal before, and i wouldn't because he seems like someone i wouldn't enjoy. But... you've made some good points, and using what i know from ezreal and watching gameplay/being in games with him i say to just fix his E and W and he'll be all good.
