literally, if we start handing out perma bans to people that are chronic abusers of trolling or afk'ing etc, start perma banning their accounts. It will do two things for the LoL company/community.

1. It will ban those **** out of the community and they'll lose the skins that they purchased.
2. It will bring more money to the LoL company because people will have to repurchase the skins that they liked and now with a banned account cannot access anymore.

With this logic, they have to re level up their chars to 30 to Troll ranked games and repurchase skins or just quit and couple thousands of ******* won't hurt the couple million people that play this game.

people can BY-Pass IP and just make new account starting from rock bottom, if their is a increase in the troll spectrum in 1-10 people will most likely quit the game and it wont bring them any business. If the troll is balanced out in the higher levels we learn to coop with the issues as people with reason as we played this game. And people with skins dont fuking troll, that is just complete BS, and if they did they wont come back if they spent money before. Your revolving your thesis around the skins, and if a person were to troll they OBVIOUSLY DONT CARE ABOUT SKINS. And some people just troll around with friends are not intentional DBs, and this goes back to how society has a court for the people who are minors and those who aren't if they trolled twice because they were in 20-25 range and your saying lets ban them while they are fresh that will just destory another player who woulda probably continued playing and bought skins. The amount of trollers are so minimal in the higher levels. Also take into consideration the person raged AND TROLLED because another person already fed the game like 0-20. Banning BOTH those players are clearly unjustified because under the influence of another troller who ruined the game he just started losing faith and eventually gave up and started suiciding.

I didn't read the whole wall of text above me, so this may be said in there, but if people are banned and they rightfully bought all the skins, they might "download" RP off the internet (without paying)

IDC about normal trolls who cares it's normal, it's the ranked **** that troll. Yes 90% of them have skins and play ranked and require 30 to play ranked. No skins is just a benefit of banning *****es and letthing them rebuy the skins but the biggest sting is lvl'ing to 30 to play ranked.
