Like I've said, the only thing that made it suspicious was their team name. It's possible that if they are doing this on purpose, they don't do it every time. Pure speculation though, I honestly have no idea what the **** happened so that's why I made a post on the forums.
Regardless of how the bug happened, it's seriously bad that it happens in ranked games at all and makes the ban system all ****ed up.

I don't think they've cheated. Same thing happened to me and my mates on EUW when servers were getting arsestabbed. Some sort of connection error makes this happen I guess.

Should remind everyone that even though my team and I are annoyed with what happened, there isn't any solid evidence that the other team cheated. We just want to know what's going on and if this could please get fixed. I honestly wanted to queue dodge when I saw how messed up the ban screen was didn't because I knew it'd impact our ELO to do so. I just want to make sure nobody else gets screwed over or confused until this is fixed.

Whether or not the other team is responsible is secondary.

This has happened to me as well, and it was in a ranked 5. Same circumstances, and they ended up banning 3 of our prior picks.
