Since his ult can scale off nearby ally minions, does his E increase the power of his ult?

The idea of a Minion Commander sounds really cool

i think Nathan has great minion synergy and is a good idea for the minion's champion (better than legion at least for skills)

idea: have you ever had your tower swarmed by a double or triple wave of minions? what if this guy had a toggleable aura that slows your own minion speed down some so you can cause that double or triple wave. possibly added to the leadership toggle. the global effect sounds overpowered, make it an aura that's part of the toggle.

Thank you for the idea, if the ability were to be global, the minion buff would be made to be not OP but i think it adds a cool strategy to the game. However i also like the idea of being able to slow minions, becuase that would also add a good stratigic aspect, but even if it wasnt global i still think his leadership should buff/debuff minions
