Tweaks for that madman bomber yeah!!

Hello, I recently though of something that would possibly be the best tweaks for Ziggs. well I was looking over his passive today considering his passive is 12 seconds long deals extra magic damage no doubt its based off his already low scaling AP here are my ideas.

Passive (currently):Every 12 seconds, Ziggs' next basic attack deals bonus magic damage. This cooldown is reduced whenever Ziggs uses an ability.

Passive (Tweak):Every attack deals 2% splash damage based off AP.

Reasoning behind this last I checked Ziggs uses bombs why doesn't his auto-attacks already do this? I also know there is Tiamat which could be used and make this tweak invalid, however I believe that it would be a possible build to add 50% more damage from AD neat right?

As for his ultimate I believe its easily avoided if anyone with half a brain is looking at there screen and knows oh ****, RUN!!! Not to over power it but I'd say a 5%-15% slow affect within the circle would be great however people directly in the middle would be hit by the 15% slow, Mid circle people would be hit by 10%, and people at the edge would be affected by the 5% making this not as bad as MF's make it rain, or GP Ulti.


Now I would love peoples opinions on this tell me how we could make this mad man more fun



P.S I do know his early game is strong due to his range, but there skill shots which can be avoided making his early game weak. Possible tweak increase cooldowns?
