Hey guys, I've never grasped how non mana casters can get very much AP. The only one I can think of now is Kennen, but with Vlad out, there'll be two.

The reason that I don't know how to get MUNDO amounts of AP on non-mana casters is that they cannot use the passive from Archangel Staff, which is an item I almost always carry on mana casters that boost their AP significantly. So without Archangel and growing AP, how can (what items) can help non-mana casters get ~500 AP?

Seems to me, non mana casters are limited to around 500 ap, but non mana can go as high as 1k ap.

the passive 3% mana to ap is non unquine and it add about 450 mana per staff

so how do you gear a non mana character for big AP?

Isn't that justified by the fact that they can spam their spells without worrying about their mana pool being depleted? I mean look at Kennen, he can basically spam Q all day, whereas other normal casters have to conserve mana early on.
