Elo decay floors at 1400 rating.

you will start losing elo after 4 weeks of inactivity in that ladder (and not 2 weeks..) and you ll lose 25 rating per week after that...you ll stop at 1400.

To clarify, 1400 is the Elo where you get the silver frame and rating right?

If you don't play ranked game for 3 weeks, it goes down by -25, after that it goes down by -25 every week. (Elo Decay floor is at 1.4k elo)
